The Kennedy Bay Anchored Retaining Wall project was initiated to address ongoing instability and erosion issues along Kennedy Bay Road. The site, located at RP 5.89, had experienced significant surface water erosion, reducing the road width to less than 4 meters in places and posing a high risk of further reduction.
